Conditions for Returns and Refunds
We accept requests for returns and refunds only if the following conditions are met:
- Unpacking Video: You must record a video of yourself unpacking the package within 24 hours of receiving it. The video should clearly display the unopened package, the unpacking process, and any damages to the product or packaging.
- Undamaged Condition: The product(s) must be returned in their original, unopened, and undamaged state, with all tags and packaging intact.
- Return Timeframe: To be eligible for a return, you must request it on the same day you receive your order.
How to Request a Return

- Clearly state your intent to return the product and provide the reason for the return.
- Include a link to the unpacking video you recorded.

Refund Process
Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it meets the return conditions, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 4-5 working days. Please note that your bank may take additional time to process the refund.
Exceptions
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products that have been opened or used.
- Products damaged due to misuse or neglect.
- Products missing tags or packaging.
